It is hard to believe that with the weat...Hi Terry,<br />It is hard to believe that with the weather in your area that it is baseball time. Enjoyed reading your post. I have 3 boys and the oldest is in 9th grade and he loves baseball and I love watching him. This is the first year that he is not going to play "pony" but is instead trying out soon for the 9th grade team. The 10th, 11th and 12th players would be eligible for JV or Varsity.<br />He mostly plays catcher but can fill in when the pitcher needs a break. I noticed his throwing arm when he was very young.<br />My youngest--4th grade--plays too and improves every year. The middle (7th grade) is into skateboarding and roller hockey.<br />We have not bought many gloves over here but have bought many bats.
