And I've always loved ...I think of God as Love. And I've always loved the eastern practice of metta where you repeat a series of phrases -- ones of loving kindness -- for yourself, for those you love and for those you struggle with and then for everyone. It goes something like: may I be happy; may I be loved; may I be free from sickness; may I be safe. Then, may you be happy, may you be loved, may you be free from sickness, etc. Anyway, there is great peach that comes from metta.
